I managed to finish my fourth week by losing 4lb. I didn't think I managed it after a weekend of excess drinking, but I did. This has spurred me on the lose another 4lb by next Monday. Started well so far by going to the gym and rowing 25 minutes, losing 260kcal in the process. I'd actually be happy to lose just 1lb. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Absolutely gutted that Scotland lost today to France. After a promising start we looked to surprise but the French were just too fast and by the second half we looked terrible. Maybe Frank Hadden should have put Chris Paterson on from the start. Their reasons being that the day the cheese monkey was spotted was the just hours before the peaceful declaration of independence from the Austro-Hungarian Empire, hence the reason for its name 'mir' cheese monkey (&lt;span style="font-style:italic;"&gt;mir is the translation of peace in Czech&lt;/span&gt;). Unfortunately the cheese monkey has not been spotted since the 1st of January 1993 when Czechoslovakia peacefully split into the Czech Republic &amp; Slovakia.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight:bold;"&gt;Cheese Monkey Behaviours&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The cheese monkey is well known to have eaten apples as its main diet. Often it would turn to grass as a form of metabolism enhancements which helped it grow at its natural rate. The cheese monkey had an average height of 2 feet, small it may seem, but getting on the wrong side of this little monkey could be dangerous. It's bad temper led to many people scarred for life while picking apples. Apart from its temper, the cheese monkey is in fact, very peaceful in its own enviroment. Sleeping around 14 hours per day and mainly active at night, the cheese monkey would use the moon as its help in mating season. Normally, I'd drink perhaps 6-7 pints, BUT, tonight I'm going to drink perhaps a bottle of rose wine which will consist of 219kcal. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So considering my intake so far is only 394kcal so far, a bottle of wine would add my tally to 613kcal which is still less than day three.
